Obtain local zoning regulations & zoning permit from zoning inspector.

Obtain a new home site evaluation from Henry County Health Department prior to purchase. (should include potential pond location.)

Obtain any regional planning approval needed for site through Henry County Planning Commission.

Obtain your new address from Henry County Engineer.

Obtain any required easements or permits for drainage purposes from Henry County Engineer and/or Henry County Soil & Water Conservation District.

Obtain a driveway permit from the Henry County Engineer or Ohio Department of Transportation.
